Chosen among entries by HBO, Showtime, ESPN, NBC, CBS, ABC, TNT, TNN, Harpo Productions, and many others, Antonio Sarmiento was awarded a Telly Award in the category of Best Documentary for "Surviving Auschwitz: Five Personal Journeys", which was produced, directed, and designed for Steven Spielberg's Shoah Foundation and can be viewed online at the USC Shoah Foundation Institute's website.

This is the second Telly Award for Antonio Sarmiento having been previously recognized in the Best Promotional Video category for "Steven Spielberg's Shoah Foundation".
